We want you to be completely satisfied with your hydration experience, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unopened and unused products. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on waterdrop® Microdrinks or Microteas that have been opened.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals on Microdrink boxes remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
